My first time at Boston Smile, got an appointment quickly much to my surprise. Receptionists were helpful during registration and explained procedure. The dentist herself was lovely and very understanding about my anxiety. She went through everything thoroughly and discussed my dental routine and my expectations about the outcome of the visit. Very happy with all the staff I came into contact with and treatment received, would highly recommend.

I managed to get an emergency appointment this morning. I would like to thank all the staff for the very warm welcome and also to the dentist who talk to me about the problem that I had and what steps will be taken next. Also have been trying to get on the books everywhere but thankfully was space here so was signed up.

Booked an emergency appointment today, the dentist and the dental nurse were extremely nice, friendly and supportive. The dentist explained what was up with my tooth and he went on to explain the plan for the future regarding my tooth. Boston needs more dentists like this one! So understanding, supportive, empathetic and friendly. I definitely feel less anxious about going to the dentist now, so thank you so much! Can’t wait to register with you on the NHS!!
